1. Content and validity
These General Terms and Conditions regulate the legal relationship between veloregister.ch and its clients who make use of this website. With his agreement and the use of this service the client accepts the General Terms and Conditions including the further components (prices) with veloregister.ch
Veloregister.ch allows its registered clients the access to an area of the website that is protected by a password. The one who authorizes himself with the client’s user data is considered as beneficiary and as person responsible for all legal acts which are made with these user data.
3. Scope of service
With the registration at veloregister.ch the client accepts at the same time the present General Terms and Conditions for the services of veloregister.ch. With the registration the client obliges to deal with truthful informations on the website of veloregister.ch.
4. Contract period
The range of services offered will be negotiated for an indefinited time.
5. Terms of payment
After the registration at veloregister.ch the client can register the data of his bike for free. If the client wishes to have only the security sticker and the bike-passport, he has to order that via e-mail. The security sticker and the bike-passport will only be produced after we have received the payment. Veloregister doesn’t send bills.
"The client has the possibility to put his already stolen bike on the website for free. But in this case he won’t get a security sticker and no bike-passport. But later he can reorder these against payment."
6. The client’s responsibilities
The client obligates himself to deal carefully with passwords and user data and to not make them accessable to a third party. The client is responsible for possible claims or consequences that arise by abuse of user data.
Responsibility for claims (for example: problems with the handling of data traffic) are generally excluded. Veloregister.ch doesn’t assume liability for problems with the access and network troubles. Likewise veloregister.ch cannot be held liable for claims which arise by offered services in the internet or for malfunction of the software that is offered in the internet.
8. E-Mail address
The e-mail address won’t be made accessible to third parties.
9. Data protection
Individual-related data will neither be sold, leased, changed nor passed to third parties in any other form. Please take account of the fact that NO transmission over the internet is completely secure or error-free.
