General Terms And Conditions 1. Content and validity These General Terms and Conditions regulate the legal relationship between veloregister.ch and its clients who make use of this website. With his agreement and the use of this service the client accepts the General Terms and Conditions including the further components (prices) with veloregister.ch
Veloregister.ch allows its registered clients the access to an area of the website that is protected by a password. The one who authorizes himself with the client’s user data is considered as beneficiary and as person responsible for all legal acts which are made with these user data.
With the registration at veloregister.ch the client accepts at the same time the present General Terms and Conditions for the services of veloregister.ch. With the registration the client obliges to deal with truthful informations on the website of veloregister.ch. 4. Contract period The range of services offered will be negotiated for an indefinited time.
5. terms of payment
New: after the registration the customer can register the data of his bike for free. Only if the customer desires security etiquettes and the bike pass, then he has to order those by e-mail. The security etiquettes and the bike pass will be produced only after the received payment. Veloregister doesn't send bills at home.
6. The client’s responsibilities The client obligates himself to deal carefully with passwords and user data and to not make them accessable to a third party. The client is responsible for possible claims or consequences that arise by abuse of user data. 7. Responsibility Responsibility for claims (for example: problems with the handling of data traffic) are generally excluded. Veloregister.ch doesn’t assume liability for problems with the access and network troubles. Likewise veloregister.ch cannot be held liable for claims which arise by offered services in the internet or for malfunction of the software that is offered in the internet.
